It was compact, neat and with 4 beds.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was exceptionally comfortable, had magnificent location to shopping centre. The service here was excellant. Furthermore, the parking was on site and convenient.

We had a wonderful stay for 2 nights.

There were multi-channel TV, a seating area, and a study table in the room, appreciated that. The beds with electric blankets were exceptionally comfortable. The location was great, not too far from Polynesian Spa. It was also adjacent to shopping mall, Cobb and Co restaurant and other family friendly ones, shops, restaurants and walks and shops and grocery store.

The stay was absolutely really nice! It was clean place, staff were extremely friendly, and I liked my compact room. The location was excellent, just a short stroll away from Polynesian Spa. The breakfast was free with jam or marmalade spreads, the food was good.

Greatly enjoyed the double room with kitchen, felt like we were home.

Well-designed room with a tidy bathroom. Particularly good very central location and excellent staff. Walking distance to the main shopping centre and a shopping mall across the street.

Stayed in queen studio with kitchen which was perfect for me.

Luxury and great hotel in a shopping area near to shopping streets, restaurants and lake, Rotorua Central Mall and Fenton Street, and shopping mall and food places. Knowledgeable staff, excellent service. New-fashioned and compact units with nice coffee. A microwave, a kettle, and central heating — very useful.

Luxurious and fantastic hotel, welcoming staff, greatly enjoyed the magnificent location just off the centre, and 2 big supermarkets. Everything was simply great.

Located opposite a shopping complex, it is within walking distance of the town centre, making it very convenient for exploring and dining out. The staff provide excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms are sufficient for a comfortable stay. With the option of 4-bed rooms and a kitchenette, it caters to different needs. Although there is no Sky TV, the included breakfast with jam or marmalade spreads adds to the overall good value.

The kitchen is well equipped. Limited internet is offered for free.

The shower has poor pressure

Its central location makes it an ideal place to stay. We are mature couple traveling with another couple (mature couple with friends and travel as a group of 4) The facilities and services meet our expectations. It is a small hotel but provides all we need during our stay (3 days and 2 nights) we were happy with the services provided.

We were happy and did not find anything we did not like.

We stayed at a conveniently located motel near the mall and just a short walk from the main street. The staff was helpful in recommending activities and finding places to eat. The best part of our stay was the incredibly comfortable bed, which was a welcome treat during our trip. our experience at Accolade Lodge Motel was enjoyable and I would recommend it.

The staff were very helpful and had a good local knowledge. The family room enabled us to spread out and have a bit of privacy with a two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Very close to good shopping.

The staff were wonderful, bent over backwards to help with check-in & check-out times, and international phone calls! The room is basic but clean and comfortable.

Watch out for the evil eggy smell that creeps in through every open window - to be expected in Rotorua however.
